My husband and I worked with Brandon Lane today to buy a F150. We weren't sure we were ready and had a lot of concerns but Brandon was incredibly comfortable to work with and honest about what to expect and what our options were. I live in Guilford, but chose to purchase a Bronco Sport from Girard Ford as I was not happy with the Ford dealer near me. Crazy Eddie, the Manager at Girard contacted me, and told me he could get the Bronco I wanted, and recommended I get a 2024 model as I wanted to get away from too many distracting electronics. Kevin in sales helped me narrow down which model I wanted, and went over all the controls with me. Eddie found the model I wanted, and had it for me in 1 day. Goodbye Mercedes E350. I would highly recommend Girard Ford. It was a pleasure dealing with both Eddie, and Kevin.

Sales: I have had two wonderful sales experiences with this dealership, one to end an old lease/lease a new vehicle back in 2022 and a 2nd recent visit to buy out my lease. The GM, Doug, runs a fantastic dealership that I have felt comfortable doing business with and has a friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance team. Unlike some other car dealerships in the past that left me with an uneasy feeling of being hassled and lied to (especially as a single woman where walking into a dealership can make you feel like a seal swimming into a shark tank), that is NOT the case at Girard. I've never felt that they were trying to pressure me into something I did not want/ need, only that they respected me as a customer and were there to help me through the buying process.
Service: I've also had multiple positive experiences with the Girard Ford service department. They have a clean and bright facility with a kids' play area and spots to work remotely while your vehicle is serviced. Although there are other Ford dealerships significantly closer to my home, I will be going out of my way to have my vehicle serviced with Girard in Norwich.
Thank you, Doug and team, for making the car buying (and servicing) experience a bit less stressful! :)

It had the specs I would have looked for back in 2021 (even the manual transmission!). After working with Kevin, Eddie, and Luis, I was able to purchase the Bronco that I always wanted! If you are not working with Girard Ford to purchase your new or used Ford vehicle then you should be!!!

I had a great experience buying a new vehicle from these folks. Crazy Eddie was my online liaison, he got me in the door and introduced me to Kevin. Kevin was a great guy to deal with and he answered all my questions with a very helpful attitude. He introduced me to Luis, who handled my finance options and the inevitable pile of paperwork. Everything was smooth and the entire staff was personable and helpful. I drove 2 hours to this dealer, and will do it again if I need another vehicle. I just recently bought a Ford from this dealership and couldn’t be more happy! I was greeted by the store manager who helped me and my husband first find the actual car we were interested in and then we were introduced to Kevin to finalize our purchase! Both these guys were friendly, approachable and made the process seem easy! They even were so patient as this was a last minute purchase and we had our two year old son with us! The GM, Doug, runs a fantastic dealership that I have felt comfortable doing business with and has a friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance team. Unlike some other car dealerships in the past that left me with an uneasy feeling of being hassled and lied to (especially as a single woman where walking into a dealership can make you feel like a seal swimming into a shark tank), that is NOT the case at Girard. I've never felt that they were trying to pressure me into something I did not want/ need, only that they respected me as a customer and were there to help me through the buying process.
Service: I've also had multiple positive experiences with the Girard Ford service department. They have a clean and bright facility with a kids' play area and spots to work remotely while your vehicle is serviced. Although there are other Ford dealerships significantly closer to my home, I will be going out of my way to have my vehicle serviced with Girard in Norwich.

I went back to Girard Ford after owning a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands for three years and found a 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands!!! It had the specs I would have looked for back in 2021 (even the manual transmission!). After working with Kevin, Eddie, and Luis, I was able to purchase the Bronco that I always wanted! If you are not working with Girard Ford to purchase your new or used Ford vehicle then you should be!!!

I had a great experience buying a new vehicle from these folks. Crazy Eddie was my online liaison, he got me in the door and introduced me to Kevin. Kevin was a great guy to deal with and he answered all my questions with a very helpful attitude. He introduced me to Luis, who handled my finance options and the inevitable pile of paperwork. Everything was smooth and the entire staff was personable and helpful. I drove 2 hours to this dealer, and will do it again if I need another vehicle. Probably the best dealer experience I've ever had. We need more people like this in customer service positions! Great work!

My wife and I bought a F150 from Kevin Nguyen. He was hands down the best sales person we have had. He wasn’t pushy, he followed up, he was friendly and knowledgeable. When my wife and I buy cars, she leaves as soon as she tests drives it because she hates dealerships. She actually stayed for the entire process.

I just recently bought a Ford from this dealership and couldn’t be more happy! I was greeted by the store manager who helped me and my husband first find the actual car we were interested in and then we were introduced to Kevin to finalize our purchase! Both these guys were friendly, approachable and made the process seem easy! They even were so patient as this was a last minute purchase and we had our two year old son with us! My little one was getting a little antsy and they directed us to a kids room they had inside the dealership! This was the first I have ever encountered this and I actually was impressed that they took this into consideration! They all were so nice to my little guy and helped ease my nerves about having him there with me due to time! I absolutely recommend coming here for a car!! Staff are great and I love my new car!

My husband and I worked with Brandon Lane today to buy a F150.
